Catering Policy for Desire Treats

Thank you for choosing Desire Treats for your catering needs. We are delighted to serve you with our unique and delicious sweets for your special occasion. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Ordering Policy

  • To place an order, please contact us at desiretreats@email.com or call us at (780)860-8265.
  • We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for orders of up to 50 people, and a minimum of 15 days notice for orders of more than 50 people.
  • Orders placed with less than the required notice will be subject to a 25% late fee of the total cost of your order.
  • Orders must be paid in full upon date of order.
  • 50% payment is needed upon orders above $500. The rest must be paid within 2 days of receiving the order. Any late payments will be charged an additional $50 per day.
  • We accept payments by cash, cheque, credit card, or e-transfer.

Delivery Policy

  • We deliver to Edmonton Alberta and surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply depending on the distance and size of the order.
  • We will deliver your order at the agreed time and location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and sign the delivery confirmation.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur after the delivery is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the delivery date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the delivery date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date will forfeit the deposit.

Guest Count Policy

  • We require a final guest count confirmation at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
  • You can increase the guest count up to 10% without any additional fees, subject to availability of ingredients and staff.
  • You can decrease the guest count up to 10% and receive a credit for the difference, which can be used for future orders.
  • Any changes to the guest count beyond 10% will incur a 20% surcharge.

Allergy and Dietary Policy

  • We offer a range of products that cater to different dietary preferences and restrictions, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, etc. Please specify your requirements when placing your order.
  • We take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that our products are free of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities when placing your order.
  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur due to consumption of our products.

Feedback and Complaints Policy

  • We value your feedback and strive to provide you with the best service possible. Please let us know if you are satisfied or dissatisfied with our products or service.
  • If you have any complaints, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue and offer you a satisfactory solution.
