Desire Treats Catering Policy
Thank you for choosing *Desire Treats!* We are excited to offer handcrafted desserts for small gatherings and private events. As we continue to grow, we appreciate your support in helping us build toward larger events and corporate catering.
Ordering Policy
✅ Current Capacity– We cater for 5 to 25 guests at this time. Larger orders will be available as we expand.
✅ Advance Notice – Orders for up to 25 guests require at least 48 hours' notice. Larger requests need at least one week for preparation.
✅ Upfront Payment – Full payment is required upon booking so we can purchase fresh ingredients.
✅ Accepted Payment Methods– Cash, credit card, e-transfer.
Delivery & Pickup
✅ Local Service – We deliver within Edmonton & surrounding areas. Delivery fees may apply.
✅ Pickup Option – Customers may pick up from our home-based kitchen until we secure a commercial space.
Guest Count & Modifications
✅ Final guest count due 24 hours before delivery – Small adjustments (up to 10%) are allowed.
✅ Significant changes (beyond 10%) may include a price adjustment.
Cancellations & Refunds
✅ Full refund if canceled more than 48 hours before the event.
✅ 50% refund for cancellations within 24-48 hours.
✅ No refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours before delivery.
Allergy & Dietary Info
✅ We offer gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan desserts upon request.
✅ Our kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination. While we take every precaution, ingredients are prepared in a home-based kitchen where allergens may be present. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions upon ordering.
