At Desire Treats, we take pride in our gluten-free fusion desserts and experiential dining experiences. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Dessert Mixes & Products

Due to the nature of our gluten-free baking mixes and food products, we can only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Products arrived damaged or defective
• Incorrect items were shipped
• Products are past their expiration date upon arrival

To request a refund for physical products:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

Cultural Dinner Experiences & High Tea Events

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the event: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event: No refund, but credit toward a future event
• No-shows: No refund

Master Tasting Package

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before scheduled date: Full refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days: 50% refund or full credit toward future purchase

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders for Passport Menu products are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.

Shipment Confirmation Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

In-Home Cultural Dinner Experiences Our cultural dinner experiences are in-person events with no shipping required. Service is available within [your service area - e.g., "Edmonton and surrounding areas"]. Booking details and scheduling will be confirmed via email.

Damages Desire Treats is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
